We are a team (Fr. Brian, Angela Meyler, Nigel Long) set up to welcome new people (families) into the parish, and to give them all the information they may need.
Our aim is to give the times of all weekly masses, days of obligation and the vigil masses throughout the year. We will provide the names of all the parish priests and the brothers of the Friary.
We can, if required, provide the history of the Church and the Friary.
We can give parents all details of the criteria to enter nurseries and schools of the parish.
We will give information on all the Catholic groups working in the parish, such as the Journey of Faith for those entering the Catholic faith, Catholic Women's Groups and many more both for adults, children and teenagers. To request a visit from any member of the team, please fill in a card available at the rear of the church and place it in the box marked "Welcoming Team".
We will never make a visit unless we are asked to do so.
