Events at St Thomas of Canterbury

In recent times Parishes are coming under increasing scrutiny partially from the Diocese and also from Insurers and Risk Managers. The Parish Council has agreed therefore that ALL EVENTS (Fetes, Fundraising, Celebrations etc) at SToC, even where permission from the Friars has been obtained, should be notified to the Parish Office who may ask for Risk Assessments to be done and the H&S team be made aware. This also includes any person or group having any work or contractors on site for repairs or improvements.
